Installation Manager Job Description
IC SOFLO, a residential custom Closet and Home Storage Solution Company serving the Palm Beach area is looking for qualified individuals to join our team as an Installation Manager!

We are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join our team! As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled and semi-skilled installers to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of skilled and semi-skilled installers.
- Manage company installation calendar.
- Work with company Operations team to ensure that all jobsites are ready for installation.
- Utilize company-provided project drawings/blueprints to properly install systems.
- Oversee the execution of quality and handle customer escalations.
- Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials are available for installations.
- Work with sales team to ensure that all installations are scheduled appropriately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; A.A. or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in installation management or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and employees.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience. Medical and retirement benefits.
