Rick brings seventeen years of industry expertise to Inspired Closets South Florida. Before joining the team, he served as Director of Inspired Closets at The Stow Company’s corporate headquarters, where he played a key role in shaping and expanding the brand on a national scale. His career with Stow began in 2008, giving him deep insight into every layer of the business, from manufacturing to design to exceptional client experience.
A true team-builder at heart, Rick is passionate about collaboration. He loves empowering individuals and departments to reach their goals, grow in their roles, and share in the success this industry offers.
When asked what inspires him, Rick always comes back to people. He believes meaningful relationships, both personal and professional, are the foundation of long-term success. Rick finds genuine fulfillment in transforming lives through thoughtful organization and delivering the elevated experience that sets Inspired Closets apart. When he’s not leading teams or serving clients, Rick enjoys life by the water, traveling with his wife of 31 years, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Senior Designer
Jason has years of experience helping homeowners transform their closets, pantries, entryways, and more through thoughtful layouts and custom shelving solutions. He loves collaborating with clients across South Florida to create spaces that reflect their unique needs and lifestyles, bringing a sense of order, beauty, and intention to every home he touches.
When asked what inspires him, Jason shares that he finds motivation in South Florida’s diverse community. He enjoys serving clients from all walks of life and appreciates the richness of experiences they bring to each project. Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing piano and guitar, and spending time outdoors hiking with his wife and their two children.
Michael Loeb
Senior Designer
With over two decades of experience as a closet design consultant, Michael brings exceptional industry knowledge and insight to the Inspired Closets South Florida team. He believes that everyone can benefit from greater organization, and that a thoughtfully designed, customized closet can transform not only a space but also the way a family lives. Understanding that every household is unique, Michael takes a personalized approach to each project, working closely with clients to create solutions that truly fit their lifestyle.
When asked what inspires him, Michael shares that he’s motivated by people who forge their own paths and pursue their goals with intention. In his free time, he enjoys barbecuing and spending quality time with his family and friends, two things that keep him grounded, creative, and connected.
Caitlin Renda
Senior Designer & Marketing Manager
Caitlin brings a dynamic blend of construction, commercial real estate, and design expertise to Inspired Closets South Florida. As both the Marketing Manager and a Senior Designer, she plays a key role in shaping the client experience while also being recognized as one of the top performers across Inspired Closets’ national dealership network.
With a communications degree from the University of Florida and a strong business foundation, Caitlin excels at understanding clients, connecting deeply with their needs, and creating spaces that are both beautiful and highly functional. When asked what inspires her, Caitlin credits her parents for instilling the belief that hard work and kindness never go out of style. That foundation guides not only her approach to design, but also her leadership, communication style, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Outside of work, Caitlin loves exercising, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. She and her husband also enjoy tackling home projects together, often inspired by their favorite HGTV shows, and bringing that same sense of creativity and collaboration into their everyday life.
Erica Kuehl
Designer
Erica brings a decade of organizing and design expertise to Inspired Closets South Florida. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she holds a business degree with a psychology minor from the University of Missouri, a combination that gives her a unique understanding of how thoughtful design can simplify life, reduce stress, and create lasting harmony in the home.
When asked what inspires her, Erica says she finds true joy in transforming chaotic spaces into calm, functional ones. She loves helping clients regain control of their homes and businesses, creating systems that make everyday living not just easier, but more enjoyable. Outside of work, Erica is all about connection and adventure. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, planning her next getaway, soaking up the sun at the beach, and diving into DIY projects around the house that spark her creativity.
Stasia Ginopoulos
Designer
With more than 15 years of hospitality experience, Stasia brings a vibrant blend of creativity, energy, and genuine passion to every project. She thrives on turning visions into reality, seamlessly blending her love for design with her fun, personable, and easygoing nature. Stasia’s clients instantly feel at ease, and she’s known for delivering results that not only meet expectations but beautifully surpass them.
When asked what inspires her, Stasia immediately credits her parents, both of whom built their careers in the construction and design world. Their influence shaped her eye for detail, her appreciation for craftsmanship, and her love for transforming ideas into stunning, functional spaces. Nothing brings Stasia more joy than seeing clients light up as they fall in love with their newly designed homes. Outside of the showroom, you’ll find Stasia staying active, diving into a good book, or exploring new creative passions that keep her inspired.

Justin brings fifteen years of home-improvement experience and a lifelong passion for woodworking to the Inspired Closets team. He’s drawn to the unique blend of creativity, problem-solving, and relationship-building that this industry offers, and he loves helping clients bring beautifully crafted, functional ideas to life.
When asked what inspires him, Justin says his motivation comes from his family. He hopes to show his children firsthand that commitment and hard work truly pay off. Justin and his wonderful wife, Danielle, are proud parents of three, and most of his free time is happily spent cheering on their many sporting events. When he’s not designing or on the sidelines, Justin taps into his artistic side, playing, writing, and performing live music throughout South Florida. Music is his creative recharge, keeping him inspired both at work and at home.
Adrienne Arteaga

Adrienne, a Southern California native now happily rooted in South Florida, brings a rich blend of hospitality expertise and interior design experience to every project she touches. Known for her thoughtful approach and eye for both beauty and function, Adrienne partners closely with her clients to transform every corner of their homes into spaces that feel personal, intentional, and effortlessly organized.
Since 2018, Adrienne has been recognized year after year with the Best of Houzz award, a reflection of her commitment to exceptional service and design that truly fits her clients’ lifestyle, taste, and budget.
When asked what inspires her, Adrienne’s answer is simple: motherhood. She loves being a mom and strives to be a joyful, positive example for her daughter. Adrienne is also passionate about helping clients feel like the best version of themselves, giving them the gift of time and calm through beautifully organized living. Outside of work, you’ll find Adrienne at the beach, working out, traveling, or enjoying quality time with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Chino.

Born and raised in the
Dominican Republic, Manny comes from a large, hard-working family who continue to inspire his strong work ethic and dedication. Known as the go-to handyman among his loved ones, Manny is always ready to tackle anything from home repairs to vehicle fixes, skills that reflect his natural problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
