Her depth of experience, her attention to detail, and her ability to envision several options for my small spaces was exactly what I was looking for. I think the costs were maybe more than competitors and wait time of a month for installation was unfortunate (& a parts delivery issue not theirs). That said, the inconveniences were minor & their efficiency & the outcome outweighed any inconvenience.
