I had an excellent experience. Casey, my Design Consultant, was great. We met a couple of times in the showroom and he made a personal visit to the house. The installation crew did an awesome job. They paid attention to detail, verified exact location with me, and did a thorough clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend.

I worked with Gail on a design for an entertainment center and she listened to what was important to me, especially since we were adding an electric fireplace to the unit. Her designs were great and in-line with what we discussed. The timeline given to me was a week early, which delighted me. Robert, the installer, was professional and friendly.
