Custom Cabinetry Installer

We are looking for a highly qualified, fast learner to join our growing installation team as a Custom Closet Installer. This is a full-time year-round position building and installing custom closets and storage solutions in the home.

Qualified persons will have a keen attention to detail and 1+ years of experience in carpentry to include measuring, cutting, and installing trim, and have the ability to work with a team and independently.

Objectives:

• Install premium custom closet and storage systems with accuracy, care, and efficiency.
• Apply Inspired Closets’ established installation standards, safety protocols, and procedures with consistency.
• Maintain a spotless and professional work environment in every home. Represent the brand with exceptional client-facing communication and respect.
• Support team collaboration while also working independently to meet project deadlines.

Competencies:

• Confident with trim work, drilling, measuring, cutting, leveling, and cabinetry.
• Ability to execute plans to exact specifications with minimal error.
• Committed to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace before, during, and after every install.
• Friendly, respectful, and composed in high-end residential environments.
• Resourceful in handling unexpected challenges or on-site adjustments.
• Communicates clearly and works well with others to meet shared goals.
• Takes full responsibility for quality of work, punctuality, and preparedness.
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Willing to learn, improve, and adopt new processes or techniques

• Anticipate and resolve issues independently, with minimal oversight.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $50,000 per year
