We are expanding to the Charlotte area! Inspired Closets Charlotte, a residential custom closet and home storage solution company serving the greater Charlotte area, is looking for qualified individuals to join our team as Closet Installers.

We are currently seeking professionally mature, self-motivated, and driven individuals with a very strong work ethic and basic understanding of carpentry skills to join our growing team as Custom Closet Installers.

The Custom Closet Installer will play a significant role within the company’s home installation team by consistently representing the brand in a professional and positive manner, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Inspired Closets offers competitive starting pay based on closet installation experience, with excellent opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets using hand and power tools, ensuring precise measurements and quality craftsmanship
• Utilize carpentry skills to construct and assemble closet components according to design specifications
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Drive to various job sites with a valid driver’s license to install custom closet systems
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines

Skills Required

• Basic carpentry skills
• Proficient with hand power tools
• A prior record of success, particularly in the home improvement and/or construction industry
• Knowledge of and ability to provide good customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• A current North Carolina or South Carolina driver’s license with a good driving record is mandatory

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (includes 5 hours overtime); no weekends
