Rosa is an accomplished business leader with over 25 years of experience in procurement, financial control, and operational management. Her career spans multiple industries—including telecommunications, hospitality, and retail—where she has built a proven track record of managing complex operations, fostering team growth, and driving financial performance.
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating efficient, well-organized systems, Rosa now brings her expertise to Inspired Closets Houston. From design consultations to final installation, she ensures every project runs seamlessly while keeping both quality and client satisfaction at the forefront. Rosa’s ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate moving parts ensures each custom closet and home organization solution is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Patricia "Pati" Juarez
Head Designer
With nearly 20 years in hospitality sales and team leadership, Pati has built her career on creating exceptional experiences and fostering teams that both love and honor the people they serve. Her background also includes five years in real estate, where she honed her eye for space, design, and understanding how people live in their homes.
Now, as Lead Designer at Inspired Closets Houston, Pati brings that same passion to creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect each client’s style and lifestyle. From walk-ins that wow to smart, space-saving solutions, she blends creativity with practicality to design closets you’ll love every day.
Cassandra Perez
Showroom Coordinator
Cassandra is a Houston native with Venezuelan and Mexican Heritage, and she holds a degree in humanities from the University of Texas at Austin. She’s a passionate traveler and has explored over 20 countries, as well as spent time living in France. Each of these experiences has shaped Cassandra’s global perspective and appreciation for thoughtful design.
Now back in Houston, Cassandra is excited to begin her work with Inspired Closets and help people create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyles and personalities.
Juan Juarez
Operations Manager
From serving in the Marine Corps to serving you in your home, Juan has built his career on precision, discipline, and dedication. During his time in the Marines, he specialized in logistics, skills that now ensure every Inspired Closets project runs smoothly from start to finish. After his military service, Juan spent nearly 20 years in hospitality, followed by a successful chapter in oil and gas. Through it all, he’s kept a creative eye, with photography as a favorite hobby and a natural appreciation for design.
As Operations Manager at Inspired Closets, Juan oversees every detail behind the scenes, making sure timelines are met, installations are seamless, and clients receive the exceptional experience they deserve.
