Lori Dominey

President

Lori was born and raised in South Georgia but now calls Athens home. She has many years of experience in business management, but when deciding what path to take in her career, she recalls her husband’s question: “If you could do anything you wanted to do, with no risk of failure, what would it be?” Her response was to design custom closets. Fast-forward several years and that’s just what she is doing!

When asked, “What inspires you?” Lori tells us that she loves using her eye for detail to work with people to create beautiful, organized spaces. When she’s not designing custom closets, Lori enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and dogs.

“When people come to visit, the closet is a big point of interest at the house! Jessica came out during the construction process and measured our closet for us and worked to set a layout that was going to be functional and really maximize our space. This entire process was a lot easier than I expected. We were able to see our closet in 3D, making it easy for us to envision what we wanted. I am very pleased with the final result of my closet and my experience with Inspired Closets was just a dream come true!”

Callie Beller

Sales Leader

An Athens native, Callie came to Inspired Closets as a college student at the University of Georgia, where she started working as the Administrative Assistant to Lori. In that role, Callie helped out with a little bit of everything from designing, to inventory, to installation, and she now uses that knowledge and understanding of our process to lead our team as Sales Leader. Callie enjoys being a part of this growing team, working with our incredible clients, and working with our in-house designers about home organization and interior design.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Callie tells us that she believes an organized space can truly impact your day-to-day life. When she’s not at work, Callie loves to go on walks, spend time with friends, and explore new shops and restaurants in Athens and Atlanta.

Design Team

Jessica Davis

Designer

Jessica is an artist with a great eye for detail. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia. As the daughter of a master woodworker, Jessica has been designing closets and furniture since childhood. Her love of organization and attention to detail combine to create beautiful and functional spaces for her clients. When Jessica is not designing she enjoys being outside with her husband and twin boys.

When asked. "What inspires you?" Jessica says, "I love that moment in the client's home when I visualize a solution and see how beautifully their space can transform."

Victoria Garrett

Designer

Victoria brings extensive experience in interior design to her role at Inspired Closets, including years of running her own design business and experience working for a local custom cabinet company. Throughout her years in the industry, Victoria has learned she loves looking at the whole picture to create built-in, functional spaces that help fill a need. While many of our clients have overlapping needs or areas of dysfunction, rarely are any two projects the same. Victoria enjoys the challenge of designing spaces specific to the needs, wants, lifestyle, and budget of each and every individual.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Victoria says that, from a design perspective, she is inspired by architecture. She fell in love with Italian architecture when she attended a study abroad program in college, and she also loves Frank Lloyd Wright. During the day-to-day, Victoria is inspired by her two strong, adventurous daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys getting out and moving her body, whether that be at the gym, through yoga or Pilates, or going for a walk.

Zoe Gilliam

Design Assistant

Zoe joins Inspired Closets Athens after spending the past four years working in education. She loves being able to work creatively to help people make the most of their spaces and feel more comfortable in their homes.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Zoe shares that she’s inspired by helping others. It brings her so much joy to help people solve the problems they’re facing and make sure they find the right solutions. In her free time, Zoe loves to cook and read.

Kayla Allen

Design Assistant

Kayla joins us with a degree in communications with a focus in digital media, as well as three years of experience as an admin at a summer camp. In her current role as a Design Assistant, she loves having the ability to be creative and think outside the box.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Kayla shares that she’s inspired by learning new things and broadening her horizons. Outside of work, she loves listening to music, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her friends.

Installation Team

Jimmy Hawkins

Operations Manager

Jimmy joins the Inspired Closets team with over 10 years of experience in the millwork and carpentry industry, building cabinets, applying finishes, and installing custom pieces. As an installer, Jimmy enjoys being the one to see a project through to its completion, and he will work with you to solve any problems or concerns that come up during the installation process to make sure you have the best experience from start to finish.

When asked, “What inspires you?" Jimmy tells us that he looks for a lesson in everything, including in his mistakes and failures. Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys loading up the camper to head out to the countryside with his wife and dogs for the weekend. He grew up racing dirt bikes and still actively travels the country racing them!

Buddy Anderson

Installer

A handyman at heart, Buddy brings many years of trim and cabinet experience to our installation team, where he makes sure that your new closet is built and installed efficiently and carefully. Buddy enjoys working on each unique project and meeting our clients as he and his team work to put the finishing touches on your new space.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Buddy tells us that he is inspired by his family, God, and a hard day’s work. When he’s not installing closets, you can find Buddy spending time with his wife and two sons hiking, swimming, snowboarding, or hang gliding.

Shannon Bracewell

Installer

Shannon joins the Inspired Closets Athens team with a love and knack for working with his hands. Shannon ensures that each job is done properly, efficiently, and professionally so that when installation day is complete, clients can relax and enjoy their newly transformed spaces.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Shannon tells us he is inspired by always trying to do his absolute best. In his free time, Shannon likes to spend time with his wife, Taylor, and his daughter, Veronica. Shannon is also an avid sportsman who enjoys a variety of outdoor games.

Logan McClure

Installer

Logan joins our team with over two years of experience as a maintenance technician and a high-risk manager at a busy summer camp. His past role provided him with a lot of hands-on experience and a skill set that is well-suited for his current role as an Installer. At Inspired Closets, Logan loves getting to work with a tight knit group of people that share the common goal of putting the best possible product in a customer’s home.

When asked, “What inspires you? Logan tells us, “My faith in Jesus Christ inspires me more than anything else. The fact that Jesus lived on Earth, was willingly sacrificed, buried in a sealed tomb, and was raised three days later for you and me is the most inspiring story I have ever heard, and I get to be a part of that story.” When he’s not working, Logan enjoys playing golf, going to concerts, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.

Warehouse Team

Dave Willmott

As Warehouse Manager, Dave is responsible for managing our inventory to make sure your project is ready to be installed in a careful and efficient manner. He has spent the last 15 years working in the homes of customers across Athens in maintenance roles and enjoys knowing that his work makes customers’ lives a little bit easier.

When asked, “What inspires you?" Dave tells us that his faith and his family inspire him to be the best he can be every day. When he’s not working, Dave enjoys hiking, playing sports, and taking day trips with his wife when they get the chance.
