Julianna brings a unique blend of organization, creativity, and heart to her role at Inspired Closets Atlanta. With a background that includes eight years in account management for an international health insurance company and experience as a Customer Support Specialist in the custom closet industry, she excels at managing details while keeping clients’ needs at the forefront. From corporate leadership to stay-at-home mom, Julianna’s journey has shaped her ability to balance structure with empathy, helping clients bring their ideas to life with ease and confidence.
Julianna and her family have lived in north metro Atlanta for nearly a decade. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, reading, tackling DIY home projects, and supporting her husband’s community basketball league.

Melissa Purdon
Senior Designer
With a background in graphic design and commercial art, Melissa brings nearly a decade of experience in custom closet design to Inspired Closets Atlanta. Her eye for aesthetics and creative problem-solving shines through in every project, from closets and garages to pantries, offices, and media rooms. Passionate about helping clients create peaceful, harmonious spaces, Melissa finds joy in collaborating with homeowners, builders, and her team to bring thoughtful designs to life.
A Johns Creek resident for over 15 years, Melissa enjoys drawing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and college-aged son.
Pat Schanen
Designer
With experience spanning Fortune 500 companies and start-ups alike, Pat has built a career around solving problems and delivering meaningful solutions for clients. At Inspired Closets, he continues that mission in a more personal way, helping clients create spaces that add value to their daily lives. Pat loves collaborating with a team of seasoned professionals to ensure every project exceeds expectations.
Pat has been married to his wife, Teri, for 29 years, and he’s a proud father of three and grandfather of four. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family.

Joel Martin
Director of Operations
With nearly 20 years of experience in the custom closet industry, Joel brings a deep knowledge of installation and a creative approach to every project. After beginning his career in auto mechanics, Joel discovered his passion for design and problem-solving, which led him to the world of custom storage solutions. At Inspired Closets, he loves collaborating with his team to transform clients’ spaces and bring their visions to life.
Outside of work, Joel and his wife, Nicole, enjoy spending time on Lake Hartwell with their two dogs, traveling, and tackling home projects. A craftsman at heart, Joel also enjoys woodworking and creating custom furniture for their home.
