Management Team
Meet the management team of Inspired Closets Culver City: Jim Delany, President, Marye Silvers, Director of Operations, and Ronald Coleman, Director of Sales. With decades of experience in the custom cabinetry industry, this power team works hard to create a culture of pride in the craft.
Jim, Marye, and Ron are thrilled to bring custom home organization solutions to the community, and they hope to welcome you to our Culver City showroom soon.
DESIGN TEAM
Connie Ragan
Designer
Connie brings with her three decades of experience in the home organization business. She loves to create spaces that remove the stress of disorganization from client's lives, and she enjoys the opportunity to bring functional design into the homes of Los Angeles residents.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Connie tells us that it’s all about seeing our clients able to enjoy their new space. During her free time, Connie enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelter.
Desiree Rutherford
Designer
Desiree has over 10 years of experience in home organization and design. Prior to closet designing, she was a professional organizer while living in California and working in the entertainment industry. Desiree loves working at Inspired Closets because the extensive product line and amazing colors and finishes open the door to endless design possibilities.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Desiree tells us that she loves customizing each closet to the needs of her clients and treats every project as if it were her own. Outside of work, she is a huge movie buff and loves hiking, yoga, and her three German Shepherds.
Gail Wenzel
Designer
Gail comes to Inspired Closets with an extensive background in interior design, home improvement, and organization solutions for both home and office spaces. She specializes in designing for aesthetic and function, believing that the best design happens when these become one. Gail loves being a part of the Inspired Closets team because our clients not only trust us with designing their dream space, but also bringing it to life.
When asked, "What inspires you?" Gail tells us that she loves the first meeting with a client where she can fully understand their vision. When she’s not designing, Gail enjoys organizing her own shoe collection, golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with her two sons.
Laura Cook
Designer
Since 2011, she has been space planning across the Los Angeles area, working with designers, contractors, and consumers alike. Thanks to her degree in interior design, Laura has a creative impact on every space she designs.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Laura tells us that she loves the opportunity to take any space you have in your home and turn it into a functional, elevated oasis. When she is not working with clients to create a space they will love, you can find her enjoying her passions for music, fashion, and design.
Anita Martirosian
Designer
Anita has been passionate about the arts and fashion from a young age, leading her to acquire a degree in fashion design. Later, she went on to get a BA in communications and launch her own marketing business. In 2018, Anita realized she found the most gratification through her work with a home organizing company. Since then, she has successfully completed hundreds of in-home design projects with people from all walks of life, which has equipped her with industry knowledge, vision, precision, and excellent problem-solving skills.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Anita shared that she’s inspired by music, dance, fine art, and travel. When she’s not designing, you can find Anita spending time with her ice cream and Sonic the Hedgehog-loving six-year-old, as well as playing the piano and guitar, dancing, swimming, and exploring the globe with her loved ones.
Allison Burnett
Design Consultant
Allison’s background in interior design, staging, and event planning led her to Inspired Closets. With a degree in communication design and interior design as well as experience opening and running her own design firm, Allison has over 16 years of experience in the design industry and partnering with businesses across sectors. In her work with Inspired Closets, Allison enjoys providing clients with options to improve not just their spaces but their lives through organizing, restructuring, and further developing peace and happiness in their homes.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Allison shares that she is inspired by her faith in God, other peoples’ stories, creativity through the arts, dance, architecture, and other design mediums, and traveling to other countries and learning various cultures. Outside of her work with Inspired Closets, Allison loves riding bikes, roller skating, and hiking with family and close friends.
Jane Dalea-Khan
Design Consultant
Jane is an interior design and fashion aficionado recognized for her sophisticated yet practical design aesthetic. Her experience in residential real estate design combined with her own personal style has earned her a reputation for creating beauty combined with modern functionality. Her work at Inspired Closets references her appreciation of classic home design, architecture, and fashion.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Jane says she is inspired by helping others change their homes, and ultimately their lives, by transforming chaos into calm. Jane is a USC graduate and a married mother of two grown daughters and four rescue dogs.

Ron Coleman
Sales Director
Ronald comes to Inspired Closets as an experienced industry professional with over 16 years in sales, organization, and project management. His strong background in the design industry makes him the perfect person to lead our Sales Team and assist our clients in getting their new home improvement projects up and running. Ronald loves working for an organization that makes life more efficient and enjoyable for every customer by organizing and updating their homes.
When asked, "What inspires you?" Ronald tells us that he is inspired by the hard work and dedication of his team. When he’s not at Inspired Closets, Ronald enjoys visiting family in his hometown of New York City, volunteering in the local community, hiking with his dogs, and attending all kinds of sporting events.
Marye Silvers
Finance & Marketing
Marye has spent many years at Inspired Closets, serving as controller, assisting in finances, and managing our local marketing efforts across Los Angeles. Marye keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine, ready to take on any project and opportunity that heads our way.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Marye tells us that she appreciates how organization and attention to detail are what Inspired Closets is all about! When away from the office, she can be found chasing her toddler around while simultaneously baking cookies for the crew.
Andrea Gaytan
Account Manager
With a background in construction and years of experience in office administration, Andrea is the perfect addition to our team as Account Manager. As a jack-of-all-trades, she will make sure your project runs smoothly to deliver a custom space you’ll love. She truly enjoys meeting new people and getting to help our customers on a daily basis.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Andrea tells us that she loves seeing pictures of each finished project and hearing how happy our clients are with their new spaces. When she’s not working with our clients, you can find her scrapbooking, hiking, cooking, or working out.
Barbara Fulmer
Design Specialist
Barbara brings over 30 years of experience in organization and has spent the last six years designing closets for residential and commercial customers. As a design specialist, she takes her client’s vision and perfects the details to create the best final product. She is a Californian born and raised, and is thrilled to be back home after some time spent on the East Coast.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Barbara tells us that she loves the challenge of learning something new. When not designing closets, Barbara enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, decorating her new home, and going on short trips to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Lead Specialist
With a background in customer service and client relations, Ashley is one of the first faces that will greet you when you visit our showroom. As a Lead Specialist, she will get you started on transforming your home into a space that fits your needs and get you paired with one of our talented designers. Ashley loves being a part of the Inspired Closets team, knowing that her work helps make clients’ daily lives less stressful.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Ashley tells us that she always tries to find the beauty in her surroundings. In her spare time, Ashley loves to camp on the beach, go boating on the lake, and spend time with her family and her three adorable dogs.

A seasoned lead installer, Vincent brings a wealth of expertise to the Inspired Closets Los Angeles team. Thanks to 35 years of construction and 7 years of cabinet installation, he can solve almost any challenge with a solution that improves your final design. A man of few words, Vincent 's work ethic sets him in a class of his own and we couldn't be more thankful for his presence on our team. When not installing beautifully organized spaces, Vincent enjoys watching hockey and soccer.
