We’re looking for a talented Designer who loves working with people, solving problems creatively, and turning homes into beautifully organized spaces.

Role Overview

As a Designer at Inspired Closets Orlando, you’ll guide clients from initial consultation through final design. Using our collaborative design process, you will create smart, stylish, and functional storage solutions tailored to each customer’s lifestyle.

• Comfortable working with clients in their homes and in our showroom
• Excited about seeing their designs come to life

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and showroom consultations to understand clients’ needs, styles, and space challenges
• Measure spaces, create design concepts, and prepare final 3D renderings
• Present solutions to clients and revise based on feedback
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth project handoff
• Build long-term customer relationships that reflect the Inspired Closets brand values
• Stay knowledgeable about product options, accessories, and design trends

Qualifications 

• Experience in design, space planning, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with design software (training provided for Inspired Closets’ proprietary tools)
• Valid driver’s license for conducting in-home consultations
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
