President

As the president of Inspired Closets Sacramento, Joel is involved with every aspect of the company’s daily operations. Having 35 years in the home improvement industry, Joel has seen the evolution of the closet industry first hand. Joel’s hands on approach from design through installation drives the Inspired Closets team to provide their customers with the highest quality service and value in the industry. As Joel states “I’m a consumer too, so I value the trust and the investment a customer puts into our company and want to ensure my team is providing the best experience possible.”

Sales Director

Christine has spent 28 years partnering with her husband Joel to build a family owned business that focuses on providing a “best in value” product. Christine says “Even after 25 years in space organization, I never grow tired of exploring new possibilities behind every empty or misused space. Where there’s a wall, there’s a way!” Christine has spent many years mentoring our sales staff and providing innovative ways to best serve our customers with the highest quality products and world class service. In her down time, you can fine Christine either in the garden or singing at her local church.

“I contacted a couple of different companies to get estimates to do my master closet. 3 Day Closets was the first to send out someone to consult, I could have just cancelled the other companies after Gary came out. He asked lots of questions about what I wanted in a closet system (actually listened), discussed different ways I could use/maximize the space, showed me samples of a variety of finishes, etc. I received an email the very next day with a detailed proposed closet system, including a very clear description of pricing for different finishes and options. I thought the price was extremely fair, and immediately placed my order. Jesus was the gentleman who showed up to do the installation; he was courteous,friendly and very professional. He cleaned up after he was finished, showed me how the different components could be adjusted, and asked me if I was happy with the results. Thought the whole process was great, but changed my opinion to fantastic when I received an email from Gary the day after installation making sure everything went well and that I was pleased with the system. Wow, talk about follow through and customer service! I have never left a review on Yelp, but this company definitely deserved it. I have already contacted Gary about doing my garage!”

Having cut his teeth in designing retail store displays, Gary made an easy transition into designing custom home organizers. With over 28 years exclusively in the home organization business, Gary has proven to have staying power due to his desire to provide over the top customer service and attention to detail. Gary’s passion for design is only matched by his desire for excellence. When Gary isn’t providing world class service, he is traveling the world with his wife Johannah and spending time with their grandchildren.

Bella Lepley

Office Manager

With a background in customer service and property management, Bella joins Inspired Closets Sacramento with the essential skills needed to deliver exceptional administrative assistance to clients and staff. As the Inspired Closets Sacramento office manager, Bella is responsible for coordinating staff schedules and customer relations. She is passionate about ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Bella tells us she is inspired by supporting a great team as well as her spirituality. In her free time, Bella likes to spend time with friends and family, discover new places, and go shopping.

Operations Team

Alfred De La Cerda

As the operations manager for Inspired Closets, Alfred has responsibilities ranging from production to installation. Alfred is a 16-year veteran of the closet industry and has over 30 years in home improvement. Alfred’s vast knowledge base makes him a go to guy as a problem solver. When Alfred’s not working hard, he’s hardly working, spending time on his Harley with his wife or with their grand kids.
