Dustin’s entire career has followed his passion for helping clients solve their organizational needs. Dustin is a third-generation finish carpenter, and he has over 25 years of leadership experience in the home improvement and custom closet industries.
As Inspired Closets Sarasota Division President, Dustin is tremendously excited to bring Inspired Closets’ quality products and professional services to a new market. He is truly inspired by helping clients calm the chaos by maximizing their space for functional organization. Dustin enjoys boating, exploring the cities of Florida, and spending time with loved ones.

Christopher Baker
Designer
Christopher joins us with 15 years of experience in the home improvement industry. He had a successful contracting company where he worked alongside interior design companies, specializing in custom kitchens, bathrooms, and custom tile work. In his current role at Inspired Closets, Christopher loves the design aspect of his job and being able to help people from beginning to end. He also enjoys using our design tool to show customers 3D renderings of their projects.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Christopher says that he’s inspired by finding the good in people. Outside of work, he loves spending time rebuilding cars with his son. Christopher is also passionate about cycling and enjoys spending time traveling and going to the beach.
Carrie Sekach
Designer
Since moving to South Florida five years ago, Carrie has remodeled her entire home. The builder she worked with loved her ideas and designs, so much so that he hired her to help assist him in designing and remodeling kitchen and bathrooms. Prior to that, Carrie successfully ran her own business in Michigan for 12 years. In her current role at Inspired Closets, Carrie loves helping customers get organized and designing beautiful, functional spaces.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Carrie tells us she’s inspired by both the excitement and the calm that organization brings to people’s lives. When she helps people get organized and love their homes, it brings her joy. Carrie has an amazing husband and three handsome boys—two are in college and one has a beautiful family of his own. On the weekends, Carrie and her husband enjoy boating and deep-sea fishing when the weather is just right. Carrie also loves cooking and baking in her newly designed Kitchen.
Leanne Hall
Designer
Leanne is a native of Ohio and moved to Lakewood Ranch, Florida in July 2021. She loves the Sarasota region and has worked in both real estate and home improvement design since 2021. Leanne has designed hundreds of spaces for different clients’ budgets and needs, making her skilled at working with any price point, interest, or style. She loves getting to meet the people she works with and always brings inspiring design along with outstanding customer service to each project. With Leanne and the exceptional quality of Inspired Closets, our clients are always in good hands.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Leanne says she’s inspired by being part of a great community where she meets the best people every day and getting to raise her son in such a wonderful place. In her free time, Leanne enjoys spending time with her son, cheering him on at his sports games, and staying healthy with yoga.
Michelle Woodley
Designer
Michelle has over 20 years of experience managing large-scale real estate projects, having worked closely with designers and architects to build workplaces for companies such as Uber and Booz Allen Hamilton across the U.S. After moving from Fredericksburg, VA to Bradenton, FL in 2020, Michelle joined Inspired Closets to continue her passion for designing beautiful, organized spaces for homeowners and builders in the Sarasota and Tampa areas.
Michelle loves creating solutions that improve her clients' lives, and she’s dedicated to providing exceptional customer service that fits their dreams, budgets, and organizational needs. She is deeply inspired by serving others and making a positive difference in the community.
Outside of work, Michelle lives with her husband, Ross, and their yellow lab, Sandi. Together, they share five grown children, and Michelle especially loves her role as "Gigi" to her grandchildren. Her interests include long walks, Pilates, traveling with her husband, fishing, and riding on the back of his motorcycle. Michelle is also an avid photographer and has recently taken up digital photography as a serious hobby.

Designer
With over 30 years in the closet business, JP brings a wealth of hands-on experience to every design he creates. He got his start as an installer in his twenties and went on to build his own successful company, learning the industry inside and out along the way. In 2020, JP made the move to Florida and shifted his focus to the part of the job he loves most: design.
At Inspired Closets, JP has found a perfect fit. He praises the company's design software as the best he's ever worked with, paired with a level of customer service he hasn't seen anywhere else. JP is proud to be part of the Inspired Closets Tampa team, and he's excited to show clients just what this incredible company can do.

Heidi Welbourn
Sarasota Showroom Manager
Heidi is a rare native of Sarasota, Florida who has spent most of her career in the customer service industry. Her years of experience working with all different types of people have given her exceptional people skills that make her a joy to be around and an invaluable asset to our team.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Heidi shares that, true to form, making people happy is what truly inspires her. As a self-proclaimed "foodie", Heidi loves to cook and dine out. She also enjoys the outdoors, especially gardening, riding her bike, spending time at the beach, and swimming with her family and sweet dog, Raspberry Tart.
Victoria Combs
Project Manager
A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Victoria brings her extensive knowledge of customer service to our project coordination team here at Inspired Closets. She loves getting to know our clients through their custom organization journey, and she strives to make each experience easy and fun from start to finish.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Victoria tells us that she enjoys seeing clients’ dreams come to life as their homes are transformed. In her free time, Victoria likes dancing and spending time with her family and friends.
Samantha VanRaalte
Project Manager
With more than 30 years of customer-focused experience, Samantha is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences and helping homeowners bring greater calm, joy, and functionality to their lives. Her unique background includes eight years working with the Inspired Closets manufacturing team in Michigan, collaborating with dealers across the country and gaining valuable insight into every step of the design and installation process.
Known for her solution-focused mindset, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills, Samantha combines industry expertise with a commitment to delivering seamless, beautiful results for every client. What inspires her most is seeing the sense of peace and satisfaction clients feel when their transformation is complete. She believes Inspired Closets goes beyond organization — it changes the way people experience their homes and their lives.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys fitness and wellness, reading, live music, cooking, exploring Florida in her Jeep, and spending time with her family.

Tim, a Florida native, has called Bonita Springs home for over five years. With over a decade of experience in facility maintenance, Tim brings invaluable critical thinking skills to the table, ensuring that our most intricate designs not only look stunning, but function seamlessly.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Tim shares that he finds inspiration in collaborating with our design team to turn our clients' visions into reality. When he's not marveling at the transformation of a project, Tim can be found fishing and enjoying time on the water.

Sales Manager
Ed has a rich and varied background, both in his professional life and personal interests. His journey from NYC’s Upper West Side to Fort Myers seems like a big transition, but it included stops in CA, DC, TX, IL, and OH along the way. As a passionate sales professional, Ed’s focus on training and working towards both customer needs and company goals is a great mindset for success in sales. Plus, his competitive edge is a nice bonus—he’s passionate about always keeping an eye on the bigger picture and ensuring the company stands out.
When asked, “What inspires you?” Ed shares that he’s inspired by seeing the impact of his mentorship and helping designers grow in their careers. Outside of work, Ed has a balanced life, enjoying activities like cooking, pickleball, and old movies.
