We got a closet for our bedroom w/ a fairly difficult design (sort of like a murphy bed w/ out the fold-up). It consisted of two large wardrobes w/ drawers on either side of our bed, cabinetry connecting the two wardrobes, a “headboard” that doubles as storage, and some built in reading lights w/ USB chargers.

They were incredibly responsive via phone and email, and fast and accurate with quotes. The price was ~$1k lower than quotes from other closet places we had looked into that were a little closer to Boston. They also came up w/ the most feasible and useful solution to our problem of having no where to put things like glasses and books (no room for nightstands in our room). The only con was that the installation took two visits b/c a couple of pieces were cut the wrong length. They were very fast with the fix though, and the installers were friendly and on-time. I believe this was partially due to the fact the closet design was a little out of their usual norm. All-in-all a really positive experience, and we are loving the way it has improved the layout of our room and added even more storage than expected.”
