Installer, Team Leader, and Trim Carpenters Needed

Our installers are the face of our company. They must be professional and able to communicate well with our clients and communicate with the office and warehouse. Positive attitude.

Job Requirements:
Meet with customers in our office or in their homes to discuss their wants and needs. Measure, design, and close the sale. Responsible for integrating custom modular closet designs based on the customer’s input, using our proprietary software.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read plans and designer drawings.
• Track inventories and check part summaries to prep jobs.
• Closet assembly experience or installation/carpentry experience.
• Experience with hand tools, able to measure and cut to 1/32” accuracy.
• Finish jobs with great attention to detail, organization, and efficiency.
• Must be able to load and unload product and prep projects in the warehouse.
• Must be able to use a smart phone and have email.
• Reliable and punctual with valid driver’s license and transportation to drive to jobsites.

$20.00 – 35.00/hour based on experience, with benefits after trial period.
